Partner organisations

Some organisations are set up with us as partners. If your work email address is on one of those domains, you can register without an invite code, and claim a free Pro account once you are in.

Registering

Go to the Sign Up page and register with your work email address. If your domain is a partner, the invite code field is not required and you can sign up straight away.

It has to be the email address on that domain. A personal address will not match, even if you work there.

Claiming your free Pro account

Once you have registered and verified your email, your dashboard offers you a free upgrade to Pro. Claim it and your account moves onto the Pro limits immediately: larger transfers, more storage, longer expiry and more invites. See understanding your plan for the full comparison.

You can claim this once. There is no card involved, nothing to cancel, and no trial that quietly ends.

If you do not see the offer

• You may have registered with a different address to your work one.
• You may have claimed it already.
• The partnership may not be active.
