Verifying your email
After creating your PDFStore account, you must verify your email address before you can send or manage transfers. This helps us keep the service secure and ensures you can receive important notifications about your files.
How to verify
- Check your inbox for an email from PDFStore with the subject "Verify Email Address".
- Click the verification link in the email.
- You will be redirected to PDFStore and your account will be fully activated.
Didn't receive the email?
If you do not see the verification email:
- Check your spam or junk folder — email providers sometimes filter automated messages.
- Wait a few minutes — there can occasionally be a short delay in delivery.
- Resend the verification — log in to PDFStore and click the "Resend verification email" link on the notice banner that appears at the top of the page.
- Check you used the right address — if you mistyped your email during registration, you will need to contact us for help.
Why is verification required?
Email verification confirms that you own the address you registered with. Since PDFStore sends email notifications to both senders and recipients, a verified address ensures you receive transfer confirmations and any important account communications.
