Copying share links
Every transfer on PDFStore has a unique share link. This is the URL that recipients use to download your files. You can copy this link at any time and share it however you like.
Where to find the share link
- Confirmation page — immediately after creating a transfer, the share link is displayed on the confirmation page.
- Dashboard — visit your dashboard and find the transfer. The share link is shown with each transfer entry.
- Confirmation email — the share link is also included in the confirmation email you receive after creating a transfer.
Copying the link
Click the copy button next to the share link to copy it to your clipboard. You can then paste it into an email, message, or any other communication channel.
Who can access the link?
Anyone with the share link can visit the transfer's download page. If the transfer is password-protected, they will need to enter the correct password before they can download the files. If it is not password-protected, anyone with the link can download the files immediately.
For sensitive transfers, we strongly recommend using password protection and sharing the link and password through separate channels.
